Welcome to Code eSIM. By accessing this website or purchasing from it, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About our service
Code eSIM sells travel eSIM data plans as digital products. An eSIM is a virtual product: after payment, the QR code and installation instructions are delivered by email, and nothing is shipped physically. The data allowance, validity period, coverage and speed limits of each plan are as stated on that plan’s product page.
2. Your responsibilities
- Before buying, confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked (see our eSIM compatibility page). A device that does not support eSIM, or that is locked to another carrier, is not a product fault.
- Make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct and active. Delivery is considered complete when the email is sent to that address.
- Each eSIM QR code can only be installed once. Please keep it safe. Losses caused by user error β deleting the profile, or installing it on the wrong device β are the user’s responsibility.
3. Service limitations
Network service is provided by local mobile operators. Actual signal coverage and speed depend on your location, network load and other factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee connection quality in any specific situation. Each operator’s fair use policy (FUP) applies to the corresponding plan.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site β text, graphics and page design β is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our direct liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
6. Breach and account termination
In any of the following situations, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the relevant account and services, cancel undelivered orders, and decline future transactions, in proportion to the severity of the conduct:
- Plan abuse: breaching an operator’s fair use policy (FUP), using a personal plan for resale, shared commercial use, automated bulk traffic or any non-personal-travel purpose, or using technical means to bypass a plan’s speed, usage or regional limits.
- Refund fraud: filing a false chargeback or malicious refund request for a plan that was properly delivered or has been used, or making repeated claims on false grounds.
- Payment fraud: paying with a stolen card or another person’s payment account, falsifying payment records, or other transactions suspected of fraud.
- Violation of usage rules: using the service for unlawful purposes, placing bulk malicious orders, or otherwise seriously breaching these terms.
Orders associated with an account terminated for the reasons above are not refundable. For transactions suspected of fraud, we may cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement in their review. If we terminate service for reasons not caused by the user’s breach, any paid but undelivered or unused portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If you believe your account has been restricted in error, you can appeal by emailing [email protected]. We will review and reply within two business days.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
